TEC-451 Help Desk Technology: Part One
This class is for those who want to work in the help desk environment. This lecture-only class will cover the basics of help desk/department operation and the standard tools and processes for the support environment—prerequisites: A basic understanding of personal computers, network environments, and Windows (any version).
