Program Description
The Hospitality Services Management Certificate is a flexible program introducing students to critical hospitality industry skills and concepts. Students develop these skills and concepts through hands-on learning. Students explore new technologies and current trends in the industry including guest services and service operations. This program prepares students for an entry-level management position. All of the courses in this certificate may be used towards the Hospitality Services Management, A.A.S. degree.
Graduates of the Hospitality Services Management CT will be able to:
- Describe key skills and characteristics required for a successful career in hospitality.
- Apply key aspects of quality guest services in various hospitality industries.
- Discuss how technologies are used in hospitality operations or businesses.
