TEC-656 AWS Cloud Computing Architecture

Cloud Computing Architecture is an AWS Academy curriculum designed to help students develop technical expertise in cloud computing and prepare them for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect–Associate certification exam. The curriculum is delivered through instructor-led classes, knowledge assessments, hands-on labs, and project work. Students have access to course manuals, online knowledge assessments, and hands-on labs. Students should have experience with programming, logic, and networking.  

$440* (includes $140 lab fee). *Tuition

TEC-661 AWS Cloud Practitioner 

This course develops the knowledge and skills required to become an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. Students are introduced to cloud infrastructure and principles, cloud storage as well as core AWS services to include (vpc) environments, (ec2) instances, and (s3) buckets. Students utilize the AWS curriculum and become part of the AWS Academy which provides internships as well as access to cloud positions. This course helps students apply technical expertise in cloud computing and prepares them for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Exam. Students may need to study beyond this course to adequately prepare for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification exam.

Learning in real-time

Students who take a remote class will meet online via Zoom in your Canvas course at scheduled times with set deadlines and due dates. Students will ​also access learning materials, assignments, and participate in discussions via Canvas.

Learning on your own time

Students taking an online class can access course content 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and have discussions with their instructors and fellow learners using Canvas. Deadlines and due dates will be set for assignments, tests, and projects.
