Talent, Labor Relations, and Engagement refers to an organization's philosophy and plan to cultivate positive and efficient relationships between an employer and its employees.

Talent Management Systems (TMS)

Talent Management Systems (TMS) tracks and manages the integrity of all employee data within our ERP, Time Management, and Learning Management System. TMS also maintains the organizational charts for the College and produces a three-year Workforce Profile.

Leadership Development

The Institute for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (IETL) is focused on Prince George's Community College faculty development.
