These students are also All-Maryland Academic First Team Members and Coca-Cola 2023 Academic Team Silver Scholars ($1,250 Scholarship).
Anthony Ramirez Chinchilla
Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) announced today that Anthony Ramirez Chinchilla, a biology major and member of the College’s Honors Academy, is one of 207 Phi Theta Kappa members named a 2021 Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholar. Frances Oladimeji
Frances Oladimeji has been awarded a U.S. Department of State Critical Language Scholarship to study Hindi during the summer of 2021. This is her second year being selected for the opportunity. She was slated to travel to India last summer, but due to the Pandemic, travel was not permitted. A virtual experience was created for those selected students and another virtual experience was created again this year. Frances is also a member of the Honors Academy and Nursing Program.
